Hi! Our class just started doing a new chapter in math about table of values of a quadratic formula and I did pretty well for most assignments we had but the latest one my professor gave really complex so I'd love if somebody would assist me to understand it! It’s a problem solving homework my math professor gave out this day and it’s due next week and I tried answering it but still can’t get it right. I can’t finish it with ease unlike the other homeworks . I had no trouble answering my past assignments but this particular assignment with specific topic of factoring expressions just gives me difficulty just discovering how to begin. I’m desperately in need of help. I’ll really appreciate if someone help me in discussing the steps and how to solve it in a organized and clear way.

That is true , there are programs that can assist you with lessons . I think there are several ones that help you solve math problems, but I read that Algebrator stands out amongst them. I used the software when I was a student in Remedial Algebra for helping me with table of values of a quadratic formula, and it always helped me out since then. In time I understood all the topics, and then I was able to solve the most difficult of the tasks without the program. Don't worry; you won't have any problem using it. It was designed for students, so it's simple to use. Basically you just have to type in the keyword nothing more .Of course you should use it to learn algebra, not just copy the results, because you won't improve that way.

Hi , just a year ago, I was stuck in a similar situation. I had even considered the option of leaving math and selecting some other course . A colleague of mine told me to give one last chance and gave me a copy of Algebrator. I was at ease with it within an hour. My grades have really improved within the last year .

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes - Pre Algebra, Intermediate algebra and Remedial Algebra. It is a really a great piece of algebra software. I remember of going through problems with rational expressions, trigonometry and inequalities. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program.
